Nominations are now open for the 2025 Community Sports Dad of the Year Award, celebrating local dads across the country who work tirelessly behind the scenes to support their local sporting teams.
Now in its 12th year, the Community Sports Dad of the Year award is a highly anticipated accolade among local communities.
Communities are urged to nominate local dads who champion their local sporting team/s and support the next generation in sport – dads who coach, referee, fundraise, cheer from the sidelines – the list is endless.
The winner will receive a $5,000 gift card for equipment / uniforms for their local sporting team, in addition to a Philips Reverse Osmosis purification water station while the nominator of the winning entry will receive a Philips Multigroom 7000 grooming kit.
Entry is free and anyone can submit nominations via www.sportsdads.com.au/community until 27 August.
The winner will be announced before Father’s Day.
