Local charity institution Operation Operating Room is thrilled to announce the arrival of the new Trophon Disinfection Unit at the Inverell Hospital.

This long-awaited and invaluable unit is a terrific companion to the portable ultrasound, which was purchased earlier this year, and reflects the outstanding generosity of the local community alongside the tireless fundraising efforts of Operation Operating Room.

The new piece of equipment sterilises certain parts of the ultrasound machine and protects patients from the risk of cross contamination.

Operation Operating room are excited to know that these pieces of equipment are in constant use and will continue to play an important diagnostic role at Inverell hospital.
