A new Inverell Cricket Association committee has been elected following their recent annual general meeting.
Liam Spalding has been elected President, Troy Brabant and Jack Cole will share the Vice President role, Simon Smith remains as Secretary and Jack Bennett assumes the Treasurer position.
The Association is also appealing to players who may be considering playing Representative Cricket for this season to let their Club Rep know before the next committee meeting set down for September 4th.
There are also plans to change the Connolly Cup to a 40-over one-day format to match the rules and format of the Country Plate, and revive the War Vets Cup under a T20 format, with the two separate competitions to be played either side of the Christmas / New Year break.
