Gwydir Shire Council has recently upgraded the infrastructure at the Upper Horton Landfill with the gates at the facility now locked and requiring an access code to enter the site.
Council says ratepayers were notified by mail of the changes in access conditions to the facility prior to the implementation of the new entry requirements.
Ratepayers requiring an access code to the site are asked to visit Council’s website and download the Upper Horton Landfill Terms of Use Agreement.
