Northern Tablelands MP Brendan Moylan has criticized the Minns Labor government for their response to the ongoing drought hitting hard in Ashford and Bonshaw.
Mr Moylan says he still hasn’t received a single response from NSW Agriculture Minister Tara Moriarty to any of his correspondence, representations, emails or letters regarding the plight of local farmers.
The Shadow Ag Minister says there’s still nothing from the State government in terms of support for farmers apart from the drought loans adding farmers don’t want to get further in debt.
He says graziers in Ashford and Bonshaw are experiencing worse conditions than faced in 2019 and are screaming out for help from the government
