Northern Tablelands MP Brendan Moylan has begun the year with a new appointment with the NSW Coalition.
NSW Liberal Leader Kellie Sloan last week announced her new shadow cabinet to which Mr Moylan was appointed as Shadow Minister for Agriculture and Shadow Minister for Prevention of Regional Crime.
Mr Moylan says he’s very grateful for the opportunity to serve in the Shadow Cabinet adding these roles reflect the priorities of the Northern Tablelands and strengthen his ability to keep working hard for his communities and farmers.
He says if the coalition is successful at the state election next year, there will be a Minister for Prevention of Regional Crime adding he’ll be working to ensure rural crime is not forgotten by the current government.
Mr Moylan says the government is also forgetting about the bush saying their focus is Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong.
