Mixed Weekend for Inverell F.C

It was a mixed weekend for Inverell F.C’s 3^rd and 4^th grade teams in major semi finals played on Saturday in the local Armidale competition.

Their 3^rd grade team went down 2-1 to the Glen Innes Highlanders while their 4^th grade team advanced to the Grand final with a 1-0 win over South Armidale Utd.

3rd grade will now back up and play Guyra Utd this Saturday for a berth in the Grand Final.

Inveerll F.C’s Woman’s didn’t fare well yesterday in their major semi with first grade going down 2-0 to Armidale City westside while its Reserve grade lost their penalty shoot out 4-3 after finishing at 1-all with Armidale PLC.
