A man has been charged with alleged drugs and weapon offences in Inverell
About 7am on Friday 26 June 2026, police attached to New England Police District executed a search warrant at a home in Shirley Street, Inverell.
During a search of the home, police allegedly located prohibited drugs, cash, and a prohibited weapon.
The 26-year-old Inverell man was charged with two counts of supply of prohibited drugs and possession of a prohibited weapon.
He appeared before Bail Division Court on Saturday 27 June 2026, where he was refused bail to appear before Inverell Local Court on Thursday, 16 July 2026
