Inverell High School students Elkie Seargeant, Ella Glasson, Hallie Yeoman and Zahli McLennan have been selected for the NSW State Dance Ensemble through The Arts Unit.
The four girls were part of only 32 students chosen from across regional NSW with another student Indigo Lowell also selected but is unable to attend.
Last week, the students have been in Sydney attending their first rehearsals, with more to come ahead of performances at both the State Dance Festival and the Schools Spectacular.
Hallie, Ella, Indigo and Elkie were also selected for live auditions for the Featured Dance Ensembles at Schools Spectacular involving multiple days of intensive auditions with over 130 dancers from across NSW.
Results will be announced in June
