The Gwydir Hwy was closed in both directions following a landslide at Gibraltar yesterday afternoon.
The incident occurred between Tindal Road and Old Grafton Road at around 3pm.
Live Traffic NSW reports one lane of the Highway is now open and alternating (stop/slow) traffic conditions are in place to allow motorists to pass in one direction at a time
Motorists are advised to expect delays to their journey while vehicles over 3 metres in width cannot travel along the Gwydir Hwy in the vicinity of the landslide.
