Federal Member for New England Barnaby Joyce believes Australians will go to the polls next March.
Speaking on STA FM this week, Mr Joyce says if the federal election is held in March, it gives the Coalition time to plan their campaign and focus on making energy the centre of the debate.
Mr Joyce says if they can deal with the energy, they can then deal with the cost-of-living crisis facing Australians at the moment.
He says once the election is called, they’ll release the figures on the coalition’s plan for nuclear energy in Australia which he believes will ease the burden on Aussies.
