Group 19 executive have appointed Bridgette Jerrard as the interim Group president following the departure of Peter Presnell last month.

Group Secretary Candita Collins says Mr Presnell notified them on 15th May that he would be stepping away from his role on the Group 19 board for personal reasons and thanked him for his service to the game in the area.

Ms Jerrard assumed the interim role on the 19^th May.

In a statement, the group says in accordance with their bylaws, the Board is currently reviewing options to appoint an interim director to ensure the continuity of governance until a permanent appointment is made adding they’re committed to maintaining transparency throughout this process and will provide updates as they become available.
