The forecast wet weather isn’t expected to dampen the community spirit tomorrow when the second Jammin on the Green is held at Inverell Sporties tomorrow.
The event is once again being staged to raise money for local families hit with serious illness and will be hoping to surpass last year’s amount of $24,000
Damian Smith from Sporties says apart from the live entertainment and the Kissing booth for Valentines Day, there’ll be a raffle with 1st prize being 2 nights at Faraway Domes near Warialda, an auction along with the popular craybob races.
Mr Smith the entertainment line-up for the afternoon is first class.
It’s a $20 cover charge and doors are expected to open at 2pm with the event kicking off at 3 o’clock
