Police are continuing to investigate an incident at a medical centre carpark on Swan Brook Road in Inverell on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to the scene following reports of a crash.
Officers attached to New England Police District were told a 52-year-old woman attempting to park her vehicle, crashed into two vehicles, before falling out and was run over by her own car.
She was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before was airlifted to hospital in a stable condition.
Inquiries are ongoing.
