The Inverell NAIDOC Awards evening scheduled for next Friday 12 July has been postponed until 6^th September.

Organisers have advised those that have purchased tickets to the event to ensure that tickets are kept in a safe place until the new September date.

Organisers have also advised that the Hospital morning tea that was to be held next week Thursday 11 July has also been postponed until the 6^th September.

The NAIDOC committee’s decision for the postponement of the events is to pay respects to those who have lost loved ones in the past few weeks and have apologised for any inconvenience caused.
