Inverell FC Premier League 1st grade hit the road once again this time to Newcastle to play against competition leaders Newcastle-Croatia in the Community State Plate.
It is the very first event of its kind to take place, with the Inverell team selected as top contenders representing the Northern Region; Coach Damien Schulz saying the Newcastle-Croatia team will be one of the most challenging games the local team will face to date.
In other games, the Armidale League 3rd and 4th grade teams travel to Armidale to tackle South Armidale United FC, while the Armidale Women’s Premier League team host season leaders Armidale City Westside FC this Sunday from 11am at the complex.
