Inverell F.C have claimed the 4th grade Armidale competition with a dominant 5- 2 win over Glen Innes Highlanders on Saturday.
Hamish Swansborough lit up the field, scoring 4 goals in the dominant win.
Unfortunately for Inverell F.C, they went down to the Highlanders 1-0 in a close 3rd grade Grand Final while their Northern Premier League Reserve Grade team also went down 1-0 to Demon Knights in a preliminary final to eliminate them from the premiership race.
This Saturday, Inverell F.C’s 1st grade team will only feature in Grand Finals in the Northern Premier League to be played in Inverell.
