Inverell F.C have escaped with a 2-all draw against Westside at Harris Park in Armidale as part of Round 12 action in the Northern Inland Premier League.
An 89th minute goal from Jared Tyron levelled scores late in the game.
Co-Coach Warwick Readett says it was certainly a tough game adding they’re very lucky to get away with a draw.
Readett says 3 games in the last week has taken a toll on the guys with a few out but will be back to normal this week.
Reserve grade thumped Westside 4-0, Inverell F.C’s 3rd grade came away with a 2-all draw, 4th grade scored a 4-1 win against Westside, while the Women’s 1st grade team scored a 6-0 win and 2nd grade a 1-0 win over Norths UTD at the Sports complex yesterday.
