The Inverell Highlanders face a staunch test when they travel to Narrabri to tackle the 2nd placed Blue Boars in Round 16 action in the Central North Rugby Competition.
The Highlanders need to win to keep their top four chances alive but have been frustrated with the stop/start season after coming off yet another bye last weekend.
Both the Highlanders and Quirindi Lions sit in equal 4th on 43 points on the Central North table with the Lions having this weekend’s bye.
The match of the round will be played in Moree when competition leaders the Bulls host 3rd placed Pirates.
