Founder of the Joeys Mini World Cup Heinrich Haussler has paid tribute to the players, coaches, managers, and parents who participated in this year’s event.

Mr Haussler says this year’s Joeys Mini World Cup has been the biggest Inverell has ever hosted, and the impact was felt throughout the town during these four days of competition.

He says it should now be clear to the Council and the local business community the immense value this tournament brings to Inverell and moving forward, he encourage everyone to stay proactive and committed to keeping this tournament in Inverell for good.

Mr Haussler says genuine, continuous support from all those who benefit from this tournament is key and if they can secure that, this event will continue to serve this community for many years to come.

Heinrich says let’s not rest on our laurels; instead, let’s build on this momentum to make future tournaments even better.
