Gwydir Shire Council is seeking feedback from the community to help shape the future of childcare in the region.
Recent feedback suggested the community would like to see more after long daycare and childcare options for children aged 0–3 years.
Council wants to better understand the feedback to help guide future planning and service delivery including what does more after school care or more childcare for 0–3-year-olds look like in practical terms for your household, what is currently working well with the childcare services offered by Council, what isn’t working, or could be improved and the barriers being faced by families in relation to access.
Local families are encouraged to provide feedback to mail@gwydir.nsw.gov.au by this Friday 13 February.
