Gwydir’s representative cricket team have lost the final of the Connolly Cup by 3 wickets to Old Boys at Gwydir Oval in Bingara yesterday.

Gwydir batted first and were dismissed for 196 with Tom Growth, Kaleb Hope and Clayton Daley making good contributions to the score.

In reply, an unbeaten half century by Adam McGuirk ensured Old Boys reached the target to claim the cup.
