With Trout Season officially opening this Long Weekend, this year’s annual Guyra Troutfest is set to be one of its busiest yet.

There will be plenty of activities for the whole family including a winning display of the Metal Masterpiece competition, Rotary of Guyra Book fair, Bus Tours, Open Gardens, Market Stalls, a Botanical Watercolour Workshop and Art Competition display.

However, the highlighted event to coincide with the opening of Trout Season is the annual Guyra Anglers Club ‘John Wilcox Trout Classic’, with the competition opening up at 12.01am this Saturday 5^th October and concluding at 12pm Sunday 6^th October.
