NSW Rural Firefighters were kept busy yesterday afternoon fighting a blaze near Guyra.

Firefighters, supported by aircraft, worked to contain a fire burning in timbered country approx. 40 km Northeast of Guyra.

The New England Zone Rural Fire Service advise there was no threat to properties.
