The Glen Innes Open Boys Touch Team have been crowned Regional Champions after defeating Farrer 9-8 in the regional final last week
In trying conditions both teams put on an excellent display of attacking touch football with scores locked at 5-5 at halftime, before
the Glen boys committed to improving defensive pressure and energy, ultimately running out winners.
This result places the boys into the state finals with an upcoming game against a metropolitan school.
