Gwydir Shire resident looking to attend university, TAFE or start an apprenticeship or need funds for study or training are being encouraged to apply for a Country Education Foundation Grant.
Grants can help with educational expenses through the reimbursement of costs associated with your study, such as textbooks, travel, accommodation, tools or laptops.
To be eligible for funding, people need to be aged between 16 and 25 years, demonstrated financial need, a commitment to achieving their goals, and live or went to school in Gwydir Shire
