Former Tingha and Parramatta league star Bevan French has celebrated his 150th game in style for the Wigan Warriors as the team recorded their 11th Consecutive Super League victory on Sunday morning.
The 30-year-old scored a try in Wigan’s 34-6 win over Bradford.
The result moved Wigan level on points with league leaders Leeds Rhinos, while also putting them four points clear of third-placed Warrington Wolves and fourth-placed Wakefield Trinity.
French has now scored 126 tries in 150 appearances for Wigan, helping the club win two Super League titles, three League Leaders’ Shields, three Challenge Cups and a World Club Challenge title, with some regarding him as one of the greatest players of the Super League era since arriving at the Warriors midway through the 2019 campaign.
