The Brighter Access Sapphire City Festival has been hailed a tremendous success following Saturday’s finale evening in Campbell Park.

Organising Committee Secretary Peter Caddey says there was a capacity crowd in attendance to see hometown girl Melanie Dyer whose performance was certainly a highlight of the evening.

Mr Caddey says the kids loved interacting with Cookie Monster and Elmo during the Sesame St Show which was another highlight of the evening.

He says it was wonderful to see some many families enjoying the beautiful surrounds of Campbell Park and supporting the festival adding attention now turns to the 2025 Festival with planning now underway.
