Inverell Chamber of Commerce and Industry have been informed by the Police that there are allegedly some fake/fraudulent Sapphire Dollar vouchers in circulation within the Inverell local community.

Police have urged businesses to please be vigilant upon receipt of Sapphire Dollar Vouchers.

Inverell Chamber of Commerce & Industry ask businesses that upon receipt of the Sapphire Dollar Vouchers please request the sighting of the Drivers Licence from the presenter of the Sapphire Dollars Voucher and on the reverse side of the Sapphire Dollars Voucher please write the presenter’s name, drivers licence number, drivers licence expiry date, and residential address of the presenter.

Any business who feel suspicious of the authenticity of the Sapphire Dollar Voucher, are ask to contact the Police immediately followed by emailing the Inverell Chamber of Commerce at:  info@inverellchamber.com.au
