The traditional event to open the Sapphire City Festival, Inverell’s Got Talent, is set to take centre stage at the Town Hall on Friday October 17th.
Entries opened this week with performers encouraged to enter in either the Open or Junior categories this year with $2000 up for grabs in prizemoney.
Inverell East Rotary Club’s Paul Alliston says entries will close on Friday September 26th, the same day that tickets for the event will go on sale, with auditions to be held at the Town Hall on Thursday October 9th.
Mr Alliston says a couple of special guests will headline the night including North Coast singer songwriter Luke Vassalla and former locals Chris Richter and daughter Jasmine
