Early Voting Centres across the Northern Tablelands have been busy taking votes ahead of Saturday’s By Election.

Already over 14% of the electorate have cast their vote as of 11:30 yesterday morning with more residents expected to cast their vote over the next 24 hours prior to early voting closing tomorrow.

8072 constituents have cast their vote while 453 of the 2,833 postal packs sent out by the NSW Electoral Commission have been returned.

The By Election has 5 candidates running including Ben Smith from the Shooters Fishers and Farmers Party, The Greens Dorothy Robinson, Independents Natasha Ledger and Duncan Fisher as well as the Nationals Brendan Moylan.
