Locals Mitch and Tanya Orchard have returned from their 4th Drover’s Run tired but thankful for another exciting, safe and memorable experience.
The Orchard’s kicked off their 16-day 4WD adventure in Nyngan earlier this month, taking in sights such as the Flinders Rangers, Bendelby Ranges, Steaky Bay, Jamestown, Mildura and the Eyre Peninsula.
This year’s Drovers Run raised in excess of $120,000 for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service with the Orchards contributing over $15,000 which was raised from a Trivia Night and raffles.
Tanya thanked those who contributed to their fundraising efforts and organisers of the Drover’s Run.
The Orchards have confirmed they will once again be part of the Drovers run next year
