The Inverell Support Group of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service received a surprise at their monthly meeting last night when they received a cheque for $1000 from the Tingha Buffalo Lodge.
The meeting was interrupted by President of the Tingha Buffalo Lodge Lawrence Burdekin, along with many members who travelled to Inverell to present the cheque to the group.
Support Group President Tanya Orchard thanked Lodge members for their efforts and their kind donation which she says are much needed funds so they can continue to support the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
