The Delungra Hotel Shear 4 Life had another successful year of fundraising with event taking place last weekend.
Around 400 people attended the event which saw 55 shearers from around the country converge to shear their way towards raising funds for local charities as well as for the Delungra Public School P&C, which will receive a $5000 donation this year.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service is said to have also received a similar amount.
The organisers of the Delungra Hotel Shear 4 Life could not have been anymore grateful for the turnout from both participants as well as the general public and look forward to doing it again next year.
