In the lead-up to the Inverell Show, the community is being warned of a scam involving this year’s Show.
The scam circulating on Facebook advises a person that they’re a winner and that they must register their details before the prize expires.
The Inverell Show Society state they have been made aware of the scam adding they only have 1 give-away running at the moment which will be run this week through STA FM.
The Show Society advise people that if they’re unsure always check their official website which is linked with their Facebook Page and stressed, they don’t have Tik Tok or Instragram either.
