The battle for the Central North Rugby crown is set to an interesting affair with last year’s grand finalists Moree Weebolla Bulls hoping to go one step better this year when they host the Quirindi Lions tomorrow.
The Bulls go in as hot favorites but will be wary of the Lions who have been the big improvers this season.
The Quirindi Lions are looking to break a 32 year premiership drought while Bulls won their last premiership in 2023
Action will kick off at 10:30m with the third grade Grand Final between the Pirates and Moree, followed by the Women’s 10’s at 11:50 between Narrabri and Pirates, the second grade premiership decider between Moree and Pirates and then the big 1st grade clash at 3pm.
