Square and Compass have had a massive win in the Inverell Cricket competition, thumping Campbell and Freebairn Rebels by 121 runs at Cameron Park in a top of the table clash.
Led by Jai Tasker with 44 and Jesse Sayhoun with 36, Square and Compass amassed 8/208 and in reply, Rebels lost early wickets to always be on the back foot to eventually be dismissed for 87 with Liam Spalding and Tasker chiming in with 3 wickets each.
The win see Square and Compass jump to the outright lead in the competition.
The other game at Cameron 1, Delungra’s losing streak continued as they were walloped by Staggy Creek by 192 runs.
Tom Nelson continued his fine batting displays with 93 while Psul Daley hit 40 as Staggy Creek smashed 5/276 and in reply Delungra were bowled out for 84.
Hollie Woodbury, Henry Oliver and Rohan Guest claimed 2 wickets a piece.
