Ashford Show Society have been successful in gaining support from Inverell Shire Council.
The Show society had submitted a letter to Council to consider four possible sponsorship options from a $5000 package to a $1000 Bronze level sponsorship.
Council decided at their monthly meeting on Wednesday to support the Show society with a Platinum level $5000 sponsorship, the same sponsorship Council committed to last year.
The funds will go towards assist the show society hosting their annual show in February, Dog Trials event in July and Campdraft in August.
