Inverell Shire Council wishes to advise that, weather permitting, the annual bitumen resealing program will be undertaken from today until this Saturday along Urban Streets, Rural Roads and streets in the Ashford Village.

Works will commence in the Wallangra Rd area today with specific locations to be advised daily on Council’s Facebook page.

The works will be under traffic control and speed restrictions will be in place and short delays can be expected. 

Members of the public are requested to exercise care and consideration when travelling through the worksites.
