The Inverell Saints have annihilated a disappointing Gunnedah Bulldogs by 163 points at Wolseley Oval on Saturday in Round 7 of the AFL NORTHWEST competition.

The Saints, without at least 7 of their players, made it a no contest from the start to run away with a 29.23.197 to 5.4.34 win.

Meanwhile the Saints Women had the chance to inflict the Gunnedah Poochettes first kiss for the season before surrendering a lead to go down by 7 points.

In a close game throughout,  the Poochettes gained the upper hand late in the game to win 6.3.39 to 4.8.32 with the Saints rueing missed opportunities in front of goal.

In Tamworth, the Swans accounted for the Kangaroos in both the Men and Women’s games
