Local organisation Pathfinders are offering free support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with children aged 3 to 6 yrs entering school with the Aboriginal Early Years Program.
The program is aimed at families needing support with preschool and school enrolments, with the AEYP services including finding preschool and school placements, assistance with enrolment paperwork, support with the transition from preschool to school and enhancing school readiness.
The organisation supports families across the New England including Uralla, Tingha, Ashford and Inverell.
