The Inverell Highlanders and Inverell Saints will both have the weekend off having the bye in their respective competitions.
Despite not playing, both teams will be looking at the results of games to be played in Central North Rugby and AFL northwest.
In Round 9 action in Central North Rugby, competition leaders Gunnedah Red Devils face reigning premiers Narrabri Blue Boars in the match of the round while Pirates host Quirindi in Tamworth.
In AFL Northwest, the only game to be played will be between the Tamworth Swabs and the Gunnedah Bulldogs at No 1 oval.
