Inverell Sporties has been selected as a finalist in the 2025 Clubs & Community Awards being held this evening in Sydney.
Inverell Sporties, which is one of 25 NSW Clubs to be nominated in the Heart of Community Award, has been nominated for the Jammin on the Green staged last February which raised over $20,000 for local families going through a health battle.
The Club states in a social post, whether you helped out to make it happen, or came along and enjoyed the night, thanks for your contribution to the event’s success.
The awards recognise the role that clubs make in communities across the state in nine main categories including arts, culture and entertainment; education; emergency services; environmental sustainability; fostering grassroots sport; healthcare; heart of the community; mental wellbeing; and social inclusion.
The winners will be announced tonight at the Clubs & Community Awards Night at the International Convention Centre in Sydney
