Fire and Rescue NSW crews were called to a grass fire in a paddock in Moore St Inverell yesterday afternoon.
Inverell brigade captain Robbie Wighton says it’s believed a contractor was cleaning up the paddock when they accidentally started the fire.
Crews were quickly on scene and had the grass fire extinguished in 25 minutes.
