New England Police are appealing for witnesses to a 2-vehicle crash on the New England Highway near Grafton Street, Glen Innes, yesterday morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene at round 11am to find a Toyota utility had rolled and flipped onto its roof after colliding with a Toyota SUV.
The occupants of the ute – a man aged 61 and a woman aged 65 – sustained minor cuts and were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being taken to Armidale Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the SUV – a boy aged 17 – sustained a minor hand injury which was also treated by paramedics, before he was taken to Glen Innes Hospital for further treatment.
As inquiries continue – anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
