The Inverell RSM Club have awarded three teenagers with one of their 2025 Tertiary Scholarship.
Each year, the Inverell RSM Club awards $5000 scholarships to students to assist them financially as they undertake university studies.
Kobi Weiss, studying Bachelor of Social Work at UNSW, Louis Grebert, who is studying Bachelor of Engineering at University of QLD and Boyd Power, studying a Bachelor of Cyber Security at the University of Technology in Sydney have been chosen for the scholarships from around 20 applicants.
General Manager Tim Palmer says they could’ve handed out 10 scholarships such was the quality of applications received but locked down on Kobi, Louis and Boyd due to their community involvement.
