The weather may again have a bearing on this weekends round of matches in the Inverell Cricket competition with the forecast of further thunderstorms this evening.
The start of the season has been interrupted by wet weather on three occasions with local cricketers keen to get onto pitches tomorrow to play Round 8 of the competition.
The winless Delungra will be looking to knock over Square and Compass at Varley Oval while Campbell and Freebairn faces competition leaders Staggy Creek at McCosker 2.
Matches kick off at 1pm with officials to keep an eye on the weather conditions and will provide wet weather updates on their Facebook page if rain prevails.
