The Bill proposes various legislative several changes including allowing people to change their registered sex through an administrative process, without requiring surgery,

Speaking on STA FM Wednesday morning, Mr Moylan says he’s concerned that the legislation will have a flow on effect to girl’s sport, changerooms, and public toilets

Mr Moylan says he’s received numerous correspondence from constituents asking him to vote against the Bill adding it potentially will have unintended consequences particularly in government sectors.

The NSW Government has today announced its support of the proposed amended Equality Bill with NSW Attorney General Michael Daley saying it is their job to reflect the views of the community, and in this instance, it is clearly time for these pieces of legislation to be updated.
