69 nominations have been received for Saturday’s Holy Trinity Race Day at Inverell.

Inverell Jockey Club will be looking to the skies to see if further rain will fall on the track in the lead up to the event with forecasts suggesting showers and heavy rain over the next 48 hours.

The track is rated as a soft 6 but that may change if rain does continue to fall this week.

Acceptances will be declared at 9am on Thursday.
