Former Uralla Shire Councillor Natasha ledger has appeared in court for the second time in a month for a separate incident involving her dog.
The Northern Daily Leader reports Ms Ledger appeared in Armidale Local Court on Monday to appeal a decision by Uralla Shire Council to have her dog declared dangerous after an alleged incident in March.
The case has been adjourned until December 13th.
It follows her appearance in court in early September charged with common assault and domestic violence offences from an alleged incident against a man near Narrabri in June 2023 and further charges of intimidation and stalking of the same man in August last year.
Ms Ledger has stood as an Independent at recent state and Federal elections and also stood as a candidate at September’s Armidale Regional Council Local Government elections, gaining 83 out of 15,151 votes.
